Delivery

Every canvas is made to order. Our target is 3–7 calendar days from ordering in the UK, and up to 10 days to other countries we ship to — production included. These are targets while we confirm times with our print partner.

Shipping costs, taxes and any import duties are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking. See Track an order.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

Reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days with your order number and photos of the canvas and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
